ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Quebec residents with canadian citizenship seeking admission into secondary 1 will have to demonstrate their interest and desire to succeed in their studies combined with a favourable behaviour conducive to their success.
There is no ranking examinations. The report card of the last year of study is used to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the students and to better support them in their learning.
APPOINTMENT ELIGIBILITY
All applications require an admission interview between the admission assessor, the parents and the student. By dropping the traditional classification tests, the Séminaire aims to focus more on the study of prior report cards and the interview with the student and parents to get to know each new student. By opting to rely more on the admission interview, we get a more complete picture of our student body and we can better identify aptitudes, interests and needs of each.
INTERVIEW AEP
A special meeting is mandatory for interested students to the Academic Excellence Program. During the meeting, the student must demonstrate an interest and motivation to be part of the AEP.
To make an appointment or schedule a meeting, please contact the Secretariat at 418 349 2816 ext 1.
